Treatments

Initial consultation: £90 (1hr)

In the first session, ample time is allowed for me to learn about you and your story (or your child’s story); how things have been for you in the past, how they are now, and how you’d like them to be in future. This way I can start to build a picture of you/them, your lived experience, and any physical, emotional and psychological ailments you’re hoping to resolve through this work.

This doesn’t mean you have to have it all figured out. This work is collaborative. We learn through practice, dialogue, and listening deeply to the body. Craniosacral therapy is intentional yet open to what arises in each session.

You will experience hands-on time as part of this initial consultation and also be able to ask questions.

Adults: £90 (1hr)

Some people come for craniosacral therapy because of acute physical symptoms like headaches or backache. Others come for ongoing support in their busy lives to help meet life’s challenges. With longstanding problems, both physical and emotional, people typically come for 7-9 sessions minimum. Often, once they notice the global benefits of the therapy, these people continue coming regularly for 3-6 months +.

Craniosacral Therapy is not a quick fix; it works slowly to affect lasting change. Naturally, anything that’s taken a long time to become the way it is will take time to change.

Children: £75 (45 mins)

First session £90 (1hr), subsequent sessions £75 (45 mins).
Craniosacral Therapy can be an exceptionally effective treatment for newborns and children. Parents and babies often come for problems associated with difficult or traumatic births. Letting go of tension, fear and shock held in the body enables down-regulation and the restoration of calm in the nervous system.

Sessions with children tend to involve improvisation. I seek to meet the age, temperament and needs of every child in a gentle dance of trust building.

Because children are so sensitive and their patterns have not been laid down for as long, they tend to need far fewer sessions than adults.

The body is the shore on the ocean of being.
